Information the booking form requests
Your name, WhatsApp or mobile number, optional email, preferred contact method, consultation purpose, answers specific to that purpose, and preferred appointment time. The general-question path includes a short question field. The form does not request passports, Emirates IDs, title deeds, payment information or other sensitive documents.
Why it is requested
The data is used to review your enquiry, prepare for the consultation, contact you about the appointment, and prevent duplicate submissions or slot collisions. Limited visit source, UTM parameters and landing language may be stored to attribute Instagram and TikTok enquiries; this does not grant marketing consent.
Processing flow
The Hostinger server validates the request and sends a signed message to Google Apps Script. The appointment is reserved in a private Google Calendar and the confirmed booking is mirrored to a private NexScaleX Google Sheet. Approved recipients or service providers: Hostinger, Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, the monitored booking mailbox, and the authorised NexScaleX technical operator acting for Islam Hammad. Security and retention
The server applies validation, duplicate protection and bounded rate limiting. Hashed network identifiers expire for enforcement after one minute for availability and 10 minutes for booking, and are purged on later traffic or process restart. Personal contact data in confirmed booking rows is redacted after 30 days. Approved retention policy: Confirmed booking contact, qualification, and consent fields in the private Sheet are automatically redacted 30 days after creation; non-identifying booking IDs, slot/state timestamps, and audit evidence may remain for operational integrity and dispute handling..
Access and your choices
Operational access is limited to: Authorised NexScaleX owner only, acting for Islam Hammad. For access, correction, deletion or consent-withdrawal requests, contact contact@islamhammad.com, subject to records that must be retained for a legitimate legal or operational reason.
